Terms and Conditions
- Payment of all fees are required on the day of consult.
- Debt must be paid prior to service delivery.
- All fees are based on a single appointment; extended appointments may incur additional charges.
- Four hours cancellation notice for a booked appointment is required. Non-attendance will be charged at the normal consultation fee.
- Medical consumables will be charged separately.
- Administration fee applies on accounts not settled on the same day.
- Newly registered patients require a double face-to-face appointment for their first visit. Double appointment fees will apply.
- Coastal Medical Ltd have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behaviors towards our staff
